What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because there’s no card on file. If you don’t subscribe, you can still see your data; adding new records and changing your records needs a subscription.
Do my partner and I both need to subscribe?
No. In a shared budget with your partner or family, one of you subscribes and it covers you both. The covered person also uses their own personal budget.
How does half price work for roommates?
Whoever sets up the shared budget pays full price. Roommates who join with their invite can switch to the half-price subscription when their trial ends, and pay half price for as long as they stay in the group. Anyone who leaves the group moves to the regular subscription to keep going.
Can I subscribe on the web?
Subscriptions are bought in the phone app, through the App Store or Google Play. The web app shows your subscription status.
What happens to my subscription if I leave a shared budget?
Your subscription is yours and never passes to anyone else. If someone else’s subscription covered you, that coverage ends when you leave.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store or Google Play account settings, at any time. Deleting the app or your finwe account does not cancel a store subscription.
